This policy explains how Pazzini uses cookies and similar technologies on the website. Strictly necessary cookies are set without prior consent. Analytics and marketing cookies are only set after you have made an explicit choice.
We distinguish four categories: (i) Essential, required for the service to function (authentication, security, cart persistence, remembering your consent choice); (ii) Analytics, to measure traffic and improve the product; (iii) Preferences, to remember certain interface settings; (iv) Marketing, for advertising purposes. By default, only essential categories are active.
Essential trackers include: `pazzini_consent` (proof of consent), session/authentication cookies linked to Supabase when required for the logged-in experience, and technical security mechanisms (abuse prevention, session integrity). These trackers are retained for the duration strictly necessary for the service. Without them, the website cannot function properly.
If you accept the Analytics category, we may activate Google Analytics (GA4), Vercel Analytics (a privacy-friendly audience measurement tool) and an internal analytics tool such as Amplitude. None of these scripts are loaded until the Analytics category is enabled. Google Analytics is not treated as exempt and therefore remains behind prior consent.
The Marketing category is reserved for future use (e.g. advertising pixels) and is disabled by default. As of 13 February 2026, no third-party marketing cookies are active in production without explicit consent.
Your consent choice is stored for a maximum of 6 months before a new prompt is displayed, or sooner if there is a major change to the policy or consent version. Audience measurement data is retained according to the providers' configuration (e.g. up to 13 months for certain analytics identifiers), in compliance with legal obligations and data minimisation principles.
Depending on your choices, data may be processed by Pazzini and its technical subcontractors: Vercel (hosting/application), Supabase (database and authentication), Google (GA4) and an analytics provider such as Amplitude. Some processing may involve transfers outside the European Union. In such cases, appropriate safeguards are in place (standard contractual clauses or equivalent mechanisms).
You can accept, refuse or customise non-essential categories from the initial banner, and at any time via the permanent "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. Consent may be withdrawn at any time and takes effect for future processing.
